Boiled Cempedak (jackfruit) Seeds

Yes, you didn't read it wrongly. It's boiled cempedak seeds. This bolied cempedak seeds are really tasty. The texture is soft, something similar to the texture of roasted chessnut or steamed groundnuts. The smell is good too. 

Well if you haven't known how it is prepared, do check this out here. Here, I am showing how the seeds are boiled and how they actually look like.

1) Wash the seeds and put them into a cooking pan.

2) Cover the seeds with water. Add some salt. Boil them.
    Turn the fire high until the water is boiled. Then turn to slow fire.

3) Boild until the seeds are soft.

4) Enjoy the seeds.
