Crispy Fried Eggs

Here is the recipe my son used to make the fried crispy egg for the family. 

This is his dad's favourite and he demands only my son to cook this for him.

4 eggs

2 tbsp fried chicken flour

2) Fry the egg a little at a time. Do not fry everything at one go.

3) Serve.

Tip: Use more oil to fry. You can drain it later.
