Soy Bean Crackers

 Here is the recipe...

1 1/2 cup flour
1/4    cup sugar
1/2    cup soy bean milk 
1        tsp oil


1) Sieve the flour. (I used normal wheat flour, but you can use low protein flour)

2) Add in the sugar.

3) Add in the soy milk. (Note I didn't sieve the milk)

4) Mix and knead.


5) Getting ready.

6) Roll, flatten and cut.



7) Fry.

8) Cool.

9) Store.
